Well if you think you can go and buy one of the shelf then crack on ****, when your dispaointed with the results then dont blame the product you think you are getting compared to what you are actualy getting
Nobody says anything about melting holes through headers tho so no need to exaggerate. Simply having them crack though being weakened by running at higher temps than material is designed for is enough and happens quite alot especially when wrapped.

The RCM & Kinugawa headers are both SSI from thailand so in that case no.

But their top line head bolts made from much better material are expensive for a reason and thats down to the material.

If you seriously think that a the correct sized blouch with a 7cm is any diff from the SC then your more gullable than i thought.

So to summarise. If your buying rebranded parts then best go with the cheapest option as they are all the same

If you are getting better quality materials then clearly its up to the customer to see what they want.

To say a header being made from 321 over 304 is pointlessly expensive only shows a severe lack of knowledge & understanding. If headers are wrapped like most that fail are then seeing the structural changes is pretty difficult....

If there is any difference between the Blouch with 7cm & the equivalent SC i would love for you to tell us as it would clearly be the selling point..... the only advantage to buying the SC is shorter lead time if they have it on shelf. They certainly don't have any custom parts made specifically for the SC range & only available to them. Ask anybody who has stripped them down & you will be told the only difference is the 7cm housing. Which can be asked for direct from Blouch.

Like i says tho thats another thread altogether.
