What do you get in an MY99 fitting kit ?
I have an MY97 kit and was wondering if any of it is re-useable

Unhappy

Scott T,
You don't! I ordered one for an MY99 and found out bailey don't do a kit for a DV that bolts directly onto the rhs of the intercooler (like mine does) This is the same as for MY00.
Unless there's another type of MY99 DV?

Cool

Got mine today Fitted it in the carpark at work before I drove home, quieter than I thought it would be, but I like it.
Many thanks to Paul for sorting it all out.
Rich.

Question

Re Gravel's pics.
I fitted mine slightly different, I removed all parts of the old valve including the elbow and rubber pipe coming out of the turbo pipe. I then put the bailey alloy elbow straight into the turbo pipe. Does it make any difference? It seems to work Ok

Spec,
I thought that was how it was going to be put together!! But my turbo pipe was made of plastic so I couldnt fit the alloy elbow to it.
If it dumps and its tight it works

Whos car has started to pop!!

Cool

Cheers mate.
Just wanted to make sure I hadn't messed it up!
Mine always has popped since I got the S/S backbox and decat centre on. Haven't done enough driving as yet to say whether the new valve has made any difference to that.

Well, I'm no shark but you can bet all your money that Marcus would've asked the same thing.
