Getting back to my original thread.....
The mpg of the P1 seems not much worse (20-23) than figures for the MY01.
Even so, im still worried about getting it knicked or damages, there are to many stories of idiots causing mindless damage.
MAybe ill just get a My01 (Not UK300 as not worth extra and hate spoiler) and get the PPP, although id like to know a bit more about the performance figures first......

Sorry Mark - Happy, you buy an RB5 because it offers by far better value, you ********!!

Back to you Mark - I have noticed on here that the mpg figures are all over the place, some get 25 easy, others (like me) 17!!! and I drive it like a tart too!!

Wink

Mark

Don't spend too much time worrying about the mindless ****** that go around damaging cars.

If they want to cause damage, they'll do it to anything from a well modded corsa to a Porsche. I'm sure they don't go around looking for a specific car to damage.

As for My P1, I've left it a lot of places now and with no incident other than the odd parking dent.

Relax about the security, as I have learned to do. They are well protected and I've not heard of any getting stolen.

In my opinion, in a couple or three years, they'll be worth a bit, just not as much as some people may hope. They will still be a desirable car.

Convince the dealer to let you have the car for a day and see the reaction it gets. It's a very special car with a huge prescence on the road and you'll be proud to be driving it.

Cheers
Kurt
