Wonder how they managed to pull him over if he was doing that sort of speed - I suspect they would have been able to do him for dangerous driving regardless of his speed and that would have hopefully led to a ban. Still, justice isn't what it used to be!

The police should be able to do you for dangerous driving by just looking at you, it doesnt matter how quick your going, if its reckless then your history so me thinks kid doing 45 in a 30 and police pulled him cos he'd have killed himself at silly speeds.

i got done for racing an unmarked t5 about 3years ago in 99my 4dr. raced for approx 18 miles before the tit put his lights on. we had been doing speeds well in excess of 100mph in 60 zone. having watched 10 mins of my driving and clearly pulling away from copper at 100mph +, the decent guy said to me, "whilst you have been driving well in excess of the speed limit, you drove very well for the speed you were doing. i am going to give you a fixed fine of 3points and £40, the only reason fof this is that you braked so that you hit the relevant speed limits of 30mph and 40mph in the villages we travelled through. i just wish more people would stay at the speed limits for the villages like you. we get people doing 60 in the 60 zones and 60 in the 30 and 40 zones, which is far more dangerous than you, because it shows they are not aware of their surroundings."
this left me flabagasted at the time. i was only 23 years old and thought he would have me because of my age and car etc. (alot less scoobs about 3 years ago).
anyway i think the tit in the evo should be done, you just DO NOT DO THIS SORT OF THING IN BUILT UP AREAS. its like shouting "LOOK AT ME I AM A COMPLETE TW$T COME AND ARREST ME BEFORE I KILL SOMEONE"
just my 2p worth

Guys thanks for the response, you have given me, sadly it's now got to the point where as I have been threatned, ( not that it worries me)but belive me next time I see this car travelling over the speed limit I will push him off the road with my 7.5 ton lorry, as I said thanks for the support I just don't want any wife , girlfriend etc, to go through what my family went through when a guy hit me at over 100 m.p.h. in a 60 limit oh he was pissed as well.
Many thanks
Colin

Scoob99 Quote made on the MLR;
"Saw the prat last night, now I know what he looks like I'll have him, the ********"
Seems like you are doing the threatening, you don't like the response you got so you come crying back to Scoobynet, then you threaten to push someone off the road in a lorry, how very upstanding of you.

Clive,
If you'd been involved in as serious an accident as Colin (Scoob99) - ie one that almost kills you & leaves you in hospital / off work for many weeks - because of a speeding driver, then you'd have very strong views on the subject too.

Fair enough, but I think it's a bit hypocritical to slate someone on a public forum because they are speeding, when we all do it, and if you say you don't then I reckon you are lying. Also would he have been so scathing if a scoob had overtaken him?

I have reported a WRX for doing some dangerous manouveurs on a stretch of motorway
He was topping 100mph and weaving in and out of traffic.
Made me very angry as people looked at me as if I was with him
Don't think that just because it wasn't a scooby, we automatically decide to report people.
