How do I deal best with Inconsiderate Neighbours?

This one is my own idea, not from the "book" 
a few weeks ago I held a house party for my friends called astradance
If you think 3 am is late, well we went till 8 am the next day. about 60-70 people turned up with 14 DJs and 5 MCs all putting quality Hardcore, Drum&Bass & dutch gabba sets. We had the full system, decks, mixer, amps and of course ample speakerage. We were having it so much that we cooked one amp before it had even turned midnight
What I'm saying is If you could provide the venue ( I.E. your place!) I could put on "astradance 2, Return to the astrasphere" We'ed be able to rock it down all night and your neighbours will know what its like to be on the receiving end for once.
I'm sure they'd appreciate this one tune called "Skullfuk" (200bpm Dutch gabba tune with samples from Full Metal Jacket
) at 7.40 in the morning. My neighbours did.

Simple solution;
Invite all Scoobynet members over on condition they have either an HKS Hiper or Blitz NUR spec zorst fitted.
Suggetsted meet time 3am.
Plans - a little 0 to 60 time trialing
Alternatively contact the local babylon and have them served with a noise abatement order.

Just a thought but if the summer house is brick built then i'm pretty sure it needs planning consent and then building regs, might be worth ringing local council.I'm sure it would be a real pi$$er if they had to tear it down
