Group buy - petrol

Simon,
Yes, you are probably right. To be honest, I don't look too deeply at it. I just hand over my card and pick up my (nearly) free SUL , oh and my Argos points
Sounds like you have it well sorted. I'm constantly amazed at how much time and effort your are putting into Scoobynet to improve it for us non paying users...
Well done and keep it up

If this is a goer then intrest should be strong. A fuel company would be keen on getting such a loyal (and thirsty) group on their forecourts.
Steve
PS BP please as I collect the Argos Points

Shell and BP seem to give the best SUL coverage in places like Wales, Scotland etc (Shell being slightly better in my experience), so they are the obvious choice. I've found more Esso stations don't stock 97 RON.
I agree that loyalty to one company is the only way you could get a discount. The main problem is the discount would be small, because their margins are small (several pence net profit per litre). Gordon Brown takes up most of the cost I'm afraid. Good luck though!

Damn, got in there before me
Yeah, don't bother messing with Octane Boosters (of any make), just go and buy a 209 litre barrel of race fuel from 76 or VP Fuels etc.
126 RON anyone ?
Seriously, might be worth doing for track days, rather than everyday fuel.
Cheers
