If people didn't post the offensive crap in the first place, it wouldn't require to be moderated [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

Sorry but there really is no-one else to blame in this case.
The moderator was asked on the request of Becky to remove the thread 24 hrs after the pics went up.
So what happened???
Far too often threads on here erupt into arguments. Something that you rarely see on other boards. So the question needs to be asked...

What happended? I don't know. I don't recieve RTMs for this forum as I don't have Mod 'powers' in here.
I will say though...
We aren't camped out on our PCs 24 x 7 waiting to respond to reports. People go on holidays, have jobs and families to spend time with and look after. Everyone tries to check as often as possible and respond to RTMs but the volume of posts is huge and other things often have to take priority.
Maybe there's a lot of hormones about? Don't ask me, I'm just one member on here.

Being a mod myself on another site and having been a mod on two other sites in the past. (one of which was even bigger than scoobynet) I can fully appreaciate all of the above and I must agree you do have a point but mods should stick together and work as a team. If they see something untoward they should highlight it to the mod concerned or to admin. Now I'm not saying this thread deserves all this fuss but certainly others on Scoobtnet have in the past.

Mods you are appreciated,though sometimes you must think it is a thankless task.You have to steer your way through a minefield of feelings & thought processes.And you need the wisdom of Solomon to make the right decision in some cases.
