Moe, really sorry to hear about this but glad you're OK.
I have some photos of your car being admired at Power Engineering last year if you'd like them - just let me know. It was a fabulous machine.
Best of luck with the insurance and your own recovery.

I don't know you but I'm glad to hear that you walked away from that. I hope you recover quickly and it's a good sign that you've got behind the wheel of a car again, that can be the biggest hurdle sometimes.
Take it easy and stay safe!

That was a really nice car! But at times like these you should be thankful that it was the poor scoob that took the smash and not you! You have my full sympathies and hope the insurance sorts you out A.S.A.P!

To all who posted and called me direct many thanks for all your kind comments and support really over whelmed WOW. Only on scoobynet
I would like to thank Gossy the valeter for his support in this matter and moderating this post...good jobGoss you do know I don’t have a car for you to valet for now any ways
I cant really / don’t want to comment on detail of the accident until all issues with insurance etc are complete
As for my motoring future I will know more once the insurance co cough up. I have my eye on a couple of type R's V5/V6 this time not black in colour maybe Yellow or Blue.
I may a big MAY! have some stuff for sale but 80% of mod's will be going on the new scoob, depends what’s on it in the first place
Don’t worry if anyone who is interested in the goods I post as and when, they will be considered 1st against someone who has not posted in this topic (above this post from me)
Clean license 14 years, max protected claims, first smash; maybe this result will make me a bit more careful
More then anything I was amazed that I lived through that, from hitting a kerb 2 traffic lights right down (when this happened I thought it was going to nut me straight in the headthen the air bag came out as I was heading over the wheel, knocked me back) and driving over them and a bollard then sliding side ways into the next 4-6 lanes for a fair distance (a pause a bit dazed with a friction burn from the bag) got out of scoob thinking CLOSE).
MAN ONLY IN A SCOOB I'd SAY Most of all I am SO GLAD I was not involved with another carI would not been able to live with that
When I saw the car the next morning it hit me, what have I done! Just waiting for the insurance co to confirm.
Hey but there is always a positive out come well in my case anyway very grateful to live to tell the tale
Best regards and do come and speak if and when we meet.
Take care
Moe

Really sorry to hear about your recent accident.
Most importantly you are ok though, you can buy a new car...but there aren't many shops selling people.
Your scoob was without question the most impressive I have had the pleasure to go in. Shame it's gone, but I have no doubt the next car you decide to go for will be an equally impressive beast.
head up eh...not the end of the world.

London life is treating me very well at the moment. Miss the open roads of up North sometimes but closer to Europe... where the roads are even better
Get well ASAP..... we'll have to meet up when you get your new set of wheels now that I've got my new motor in London.

Moe, glad you're ok mate.
Only heard about your prang last night from Plantie and the guys at the Bracknell meet - couldn't believe it. Here's me been feeling sorry for myself coz I've got a bust ankle, kinda puts it in perspective mate.
Take care, we all know you'll be back bigger and better than before.
Cheers,
Steve
