I would have no quarms in shipping the little ******* into the Police (for having no licence and driving about). If he killed someone, there would be a legacy that was left behind and the family/relatives would be left with nothing, apart from that legacy, that would last a lifetime.

Its a sad state of affairs.

A victim would just have to sit it out like i did the perpetrator would just get a slapped wrist no doubt or another 100 quid on top of his/her fine i was lucky, another half second and the guy who hit me would have gone right into the side of the car, fortunately the front wheel caught most of the impact along with the bonnet, wing, bumper, chassis and part of the drivers door the shell also twisted!! and the crease was nicely visible on the drivers side rear quarter panel, i was lucky to just be able to walk away, the drivers door was stuck due to the impact but i wouldnt have liked to have been in the car if he would have hit me fully side on, but the one good thing is that ive never seen that many coppers about in one place!!! there must have been 4 cars turn up within 2 mins!!!! nice when you need em aint it! shame they didnt get the guy, even though they know who he is

Thanks guys, at least I`m not the only one who thinks we`re hard done to. I like the idea of displaying your insurance etc on the windscreen for quick reference.
As for Dave T-S, thats the thing I like about you....F**k all :

They should have there car impounded until they provide proof of insurance to the police, then made to provide proof of insurance for the next 5 years or something - or get arrested.

this is obscene!

what if they cripple someone? Its worse than drink driving if you ask me.

Paul.
