Rich,

I have just seen this thread. Words fail me; how can someone so young die so soon? I echo all that has been said elsewhere in this thread.

As one who has had more than his fair share of bereavement I have learnt that the only way to triumph over death is to ensure that your loved ones live on in your heart forever.

Sincere condolences at this tragic time.

Haven't met you but I'm totally gutted for you mate.

I will also be getting a donor card this week - always meant to but thought I was too young at 22. This news has made me think otherwise, coupled with the fact that I lost my best friend in April this year - we were born on exactly the same day.
I was looking after his 1978 Suzuki GT250 X7 for him, and as a mark of respect I am going to restore it in his memory as he loved that bike.

I think you should get Nick's Scooby up to 300bhp for him

Hope he gets a good send off...

Rich, what can i say??

Lost for words

So very, very, very sorry to hear such terrible news.

I remember like yesterday speaking to Nick at the last Well Lane meet, and although the car wasnt running aswell as it should have been at the time, he was still very chuffed with what it had achieved, given the low pressure.Certainly a great loss to everyone that knew him.

My thoughts are with both you and your family on what must be the worst thing that can happen to anyone... the loss of a member of family.

God Bless m8,

Rich.

Hello Rich,

Our hearts go out to you and your family.

Though taken at such a young age, a man so obviously loved by his family & cherished by his friends, Nick has left a legacy of fond memories, good thoughts and cherished moments.

Let these warm your hearts and be your comfort in his absence.

Our deepest sympathy,

Steve, Carole, Laura & Sarah.

My deepest thoughts go to you and your family.

I have not met you / your brother or any of the "scooby famlily", but from the replies you have received, apart from your own family, I can't think of a better "family" to offer support in these sad times.

I'm working over the summer holidays - however will try to get the day off in order to show my respect

Many condolances to you and your family.

I lost my best friend last year by brain haemorrhage, she was only 24.

Life's not fair.

As Chris said above, we've been away so have only just seen this. My heart goes out to you & all your family & friends. I lost a 24yr old friend in the same tragic circumstances some years ago and know how much of a shock it is

My deepest sympathies to you and all who loved your brother.

Almost belated condolences Rich, to you you and all your family. I have been away all week and did not know until I saw Dream Weaver last night.

You can be very proud that some good has come of his death for other through organ donation. His death was not in vain.
