I'm up for it, I also live in Leicester (Enderby) and wave to all other scoobies and I have to say 90% wave back, its the scoobies with the owners girlfriends/wives driving that let the side down, they just don't understand !!

I have a STI7 non prodrive and will be seeing everyone on sept 1st.

 

OH B*******, just realised will be out of the country on sept 1, please keep the Leicester meets going !! Look forward to a future meet.

 

Fosse park does get packed on a Sunday, could be queing for 15 mins just to get in! How about the Warner Brothers Cinema car park just down the road from Fosse Park (also has refreshments). From there it will be easy to jump on the M69 and blast over to Cov.

The pubs are Observatory next to the Travel Inn or across the road the Bees knees ?

These should be less busy and you can get nice cold refreshments!!

Sunday pm is busy in Fosse Park but I dont think anyone would have trouble getting to park up somewhere in the area in front of PC World.

Warner Bros cinema can be busy too on a Sunday (pm Matinee for da kiddies) so probably the Bees Knees Pub car park might be best - off the same roundabout for Warner Broa Cinema on Meridian Park.

Bit of a late reply to this string, but like to say that i live in the leicester area. I have a nov 01 wrx for just over a month now. I live near to Syston/ Melton Mowbray.

I would be well up for any get togethersin leicester or over in the cov areas.

Are there any planned this side of xmas?

I have a new shaped scooby in the black/ blue mica, i used to have a black mk4 golf on 19" rims.

I'll start us off.

There are 4 proper weekends b4 xmas and one more that will probably be taken up with last minute shopping. They are:
- 23/24
- 30/1
- 7/8
- 14/15
and the 21/22 which will be a last min shop i think!!

Anybody got any definate 'no go' weekends?

Or we could go for a week night, there is a meet down at leicester every 2nd tuesday at pizza hut, like notts boy racers, but its cold now. I have no preferences but cannot do this fri/ sat.

Be better after this weekend too as i get the exhaust system fitted...
