the fish thing is symetrical,one person would draw half and if the other person knew the koo hed draw the other bit

I think I'll go with the muslim bit, seems most likely to me, especially as I've have seen various older asian men with them on as well.

Yes, but there aren't actually that many Shi'ite Muslims about.
85% of the world's Muslims are Sunni.
