Wake up Police.

I had a similar one with the police last year - parked my car near a police station and when i came back there was a big dent and a smear of light blue paint along the back wing (not a sub luckily!) that exactly matched the colour and markings on a transit pick up behind it that had obviously pulled in. The workman denied all knowledge so I went and got a (very reluctant) copper from the local station who agreed to take paint samples which he did. Didn't hear any more and kept leaving messages for the plod - when eventually I got hold of him he was very abusive, said that the chief constable didn't see it as important so they weren't prepared to spend budget investigating it, and even at one point said a hit whilst parked wasn't a crime!!! Stupidly i didn't complain etc as it was a company car so didn't care - now on my insurance track record of course. Dear old plod......
I'd echo all the comments above - good to see we haven't had any sycophantic police lovers for a change ("they're only doing their job" etc etc). Those little gets need a good kicking - don't hold a rope, just screw a tight wire across the gap.....

Hold on. The reason the police aren't too interested in these people is that if they do catch them its the Criminal Justice System that takes over. The CJS are the peeps who let off car criminals. The police really are wasting resouces catching car thieves and joyriders when the cjs just lets them go again.
I appreciate the need for youthes to be treated carefully in courts. But if a 15 year old is caught in stealing cars and is up for 100 counts of theft (like the ****** who nicked my car), then I fail to see why he should be given the benefit of the doubt. He obviously knows its wrong but just doesn;t give a sheet.
SO lets direct our campaign at the courts and the home secretary. that way things might change.
Actually, i think i'll just go back to being a cynic. things will never change. crime does pay.

You cant trust the rioting crusties m8, I seem to remember a mass riot in a housing estate and the whole place was getting a kicking. But what survived? The two speed cameras on the road. Christ, if that was near me, I would be straight out there with two old tyres, lighter fluid and a match. Dont these people see opportunities when they present themselves???

I echo the comments about "ITS NOT THE POLICE"
There is NO POINT in them arresting them if the social services and justicce system only let them off.
I am sure the coppers would love the bang-em-up especially if they "fell down the stairs on the way to the cells" but unfortunatley these people get let off.
I think it was Ben Elton who liked to say "Dont blame the workers blame the management"
Its easier to process a speeding fine than to process a sumbag.

Hmmm
They like to wheelie motorbikes do they....
Thing about wheelies is that you need a front
wheel to come down on. Sooooo... a few loose
wheel nuts on the front of the bike... said
person doesnt notice till they pull the
wheel up.... you get the picture.
Police couldnt actually complain to you if
your bike had been stolen either.
Just a thought.

Well the case made the national papers (Daily Mirror). The boys said they found the stolen car. So were not charged with stealing it. What happened to “Stealing by finding” The police know they stole it, these boys have been reported for stealing cars and motorbike many times. The police are informed that the boys are riding stolen motorbike around the fields. The police do not even attend anymore. I am not talking of stealing cars just for a lift home on the night. These boys steal the cars and drive at speeds of over 70 mph in the shopping areas mounting the pavements and frightening people. The shopkeeper’s phone the police but the police do not even come to have a look, this is in the middle of the day.
I thought it a disgrace when the 14 year old was given the compensation order for £250 to each old lady and right below this case was a write up about a footballer who was find £1000 for speeding.

But probably the to55ers could sue you for personal injury.
