I was going through Matlock on the 25/08 on the way to Bakewell to pick up a couple of tarts.....!!!
Loads of Bikers.....is it always like that...
I was on a weekender with the wife and kid to see me uncle who lives in Duffield...i come from Uxbridge Middx near Heathrow

There's always an acccident somewhere up round this way involving a biker. Majority of them go easy on the A6 but there are the odd few who really pi555 me off. Tend to stay away from Matlock myself at weekends especially at this time of year because of the number of bikers and the traffic through Matlock Bath. Last year a mate was up on the tops nr Matlock when a biker came round corner and went off, got killed. Also yeah JGM, it is a bit of a haven for speed trapping feds. Thats fine by me, let the pr1cks get caught while I spend time flying about on deserted and remote B-roads!
LOL @ Tricky Dicky, picking up the tarts...been there a few times with exactly same intentions. Always seem to end up with the past their sell-by date though

Mobile speed cameras into Matlock from Alfreton, on both Matlock Green and on the top crossroads where the car boot sale is held for saddos! Only there in very sunny weather though - must be because that gives you a better tan - oh sorry coz the driving conditions are so very poor!
