Wink

I love driving my STi5 TypeRA V-Limited, it has one major advantage over the TypeR, it's got the stunning quickrack. I couldnt give a stuff what others think about these cars, they can keep their blinkered, greys are scary to own brainwashed atitude for all i care, their loss.

It's official, the best Subaru in the country is mine, i have a trophy on my mantle piece to prove it. LOL

Ive got a bog standard STI4R.

Apart from the Link, 17's, Ledas, AP's, lecci Recaros, Lecci Sunroof etc.. Over 340 bhp, fairly good (but not the best ive had handling) and 2 door styling.

I would only change three things. All cosmetic.

The early bumper and splitter for the STi6 items, the rear spoiler for the Sti5 and the black glass for clear. Apart from that its Ok.

The thing is everyone has different wants, I wanted an EVO5, but couldnt find a nice modded one, so i bought the scoob. I looked at other type R's. RA's and UK's, but this one stood out. its also the only one with an electric factory roof that I know of.
Unless you class the RA flap

I suppose what im saying is, i like my car, but the next car along always has something you'd 'like to have'.

Straight out of the box, the Scoob with the best handling, brakes, refinement, build quality, rear wing, seats and is best suited to UK roads and fuel has got to be the STi Type UK Prodrive . Once PPP is out it might even have the best performance

Not that I am biased or anything!!!!!!

Is that the roller bearing turbo
Yep the VF29 is, its just an evolution of the STi5 VF28 which in turn is basically a VF24 (STi4). The VF29 has a different design compressor wheel. Doesnt flow as much as a VF23 but has reduced lag for better drivability .
