David, it is quite easy to make the Phase 2 fuel rails fit your engine. ( Phase 2 meaning like MY00 - ) the rails are usually gold in colour.

Wink

In the interest of economy, I'm looking for smaller injectors than my 380's as I suspect I may currently be overfueling Any info on what's available ?

Just checked the map and duty cycle was 83% not 78% as i had originally thought.

The "virtual" RR was John Nobles.

From my own experience with injectors on my MY94 WRX

380's maxed out at about 295 bhp (100% IDC)
440's maxed out at 330 bhp (95-97% IDC)
550's now running 330 bhp at 85% IDC (with uprated fuel pump but standard regulator)

So looks like most of the advice above is spot on. I need to look at an uprated (adjustable) fuel regulator to get IDC down or bhp up
