Gangstor - Mine had Mobil 1 motorsport in again (cos that's what I took with me) May try the silkolene next time, if I can find it.

 

I recently had the bad tappet rattle, changed the oil, i use Comma Eurolite 10w40 semi-synth and cured it no probs....i wasn't looking forward to a follower change. I have been using this oil in a wide range of cars for ages and had good results.
