Own 3 houses (A,B and C), with 3 seperate mortgages.

Loser A and Loser B pay rent on House A and house B. Each turns a monthly profit to pay for Olly's mortgage in house C. And a little bit of extra as well.

So put me in the first bracket.

F for the bare mortgage, but by the time the insurance ( crit illness ) and an endowment I am still running from the last place, we're comfortably into G.

Any wonder there's so much month left at the end of the money ??

E Mortgage - but I do overpay to bring the term down a bit (you should see the amount of money you save on Interest).
