From the EGT and std lamda I can tell that it is safe.
Even the std lamda is accurate at stoich -
Simple procedure, run it briefly at stoich then add x% fuel via the adjustable FPR. This will give an AFR x% richer than 14.7 Check reduction in EGT and ensure it does not exceed that value.

Stoichiometry? Running 'at' stoich is exactly at what moment the elements combined?
And in "easy peasy" terms why don't we blow hot air in for better figures if that is all you are looking for????
