New scoob and banned from driving !
2 choices!
let it sit in the garage and polish it till the paint comes off
or
let my mates drive me about in it....
guess which one I chose
Mind you the mate who drove me to the castle coombe meet back in August....I felt like saying...can't you find the throttle pedal !!
had to clench teeth over the "third party only" cover bit. but hey it was worth it, especially when I/we caught up with the previous owner of my motor...he was in a cerberra (and it was blue )
first time my car had been to 145mph
glad my mate had the skill and bottle to race him, even if only for a short period (Cerberra went past us like we were stood still ;( )

I let my mate drive my evo as he's on the insurance!
likewise im on his so if i want to drive a tuned scooby I can drive his and if he wants a go in a tuned evo he drives mine.
Best of both worlds huh? - we both have upmost respect for each others cars and there is no question of trust as im only 23 and ive known him for 20 of those years!
Also has advantages when drinking if one is not up for it we can swap drivers legally!

I was lent a freinds scoob to go round the 'ring. He wouldn't go with me though so I took someone else.
I personally wouldn't let anyone drive mine on there own, not even Tiff.

Puff,
I missed that one Puff, do tell
And in answer to the original point, the only people I would trust to drive my car either currently own, or have owned Scoobs. This is purely coincidental BTW.....
Matt
But you forget the schweet revenge when he drove her mini

Your mate reminds me of that advert on TV where the guy is coming out a restaurant with his bird, keys in hand offers her a lift as he is standing by a car she thinks is his, she says yes and off he goes to get the car. She just stares at the car.
I would let my mum and girlfriend drive it, as they are scared off it - people who think they can handle it scare me instead!!!
