Cool

Jools,
I will see you when you get back. I am hoping to head down to Knockhill also. I might have to limit my track time as my brakes are way down after the IOM. I was hoping to get new discs and pads today but the quote I got from a local supplier was a bit over the top.

Cheers

The strength of the Subaru gang never fails to impress me. Thanks guys for your offers of help. Brian S (KAZ) has already been up to the house tonight and took the wee car away to his own hoose and will drop it off first thing in the morning. He did say he was going home via the tasty tattie in ABZ first though...

Shaun, would be great to see you this weekend, we’ve missed each other this last couple of months with opposite work patterns and the like. If Falkland are coming to KH, they could bring pads and I think wheels around could fit them for you. John S will advise for sure.

Willie, the front pads were £115 + vodka and tonic and the rears were £47 + vodka and tonic. I work that out to be £135 & £55. I also bought a road angel from them for £379, so well pleased with the prices from Kevin & co at Falkland.

Made up my mind now, come rain, hail or shine the wee car is heading South early doors Sat Morn. Arlene has the big Subaru jacket looked out, along with gloves...and will pack back up dry cloths for me too. What would a man do with out a wife like that? Been home 5 days in the last 5 weeks and I get in to ABZ tomorrow night at 8.30pm and off to KN first thing in the morning. Can’t be bad.

Rob D, You coming to join the fun? Westie on the track and all that????

Alasdair, See you my place 05.30am Sat Morning.
