Looked into this, Was going to order some in Japan as my GFs mum is on her way over next week, didn't bother as it was looking like a load of hassle plus I wanted to supply a few on here to cover the cost of mine didn't bother as too many people would have said they are only blah blah over there...

Anyway, you can get them from http://www.subaru-sti.co.jp you just need someone to collect em for you!

The i badge is about £10 and the stars about the same I think, may have to add 5% tax or something.

LOL @ Alcazar.

"Doesn't that leave minute scratches?", 'cos of course the rest of the paint on the front of Scoobies is indestructable

My MY98 looks like someone's fired a pebble-dasher at the bumper!

Cool

You don't want to mess about with pink or even body coloured paint. Do this:

This is from a MY02, but the classic shape is the same thing only smaller. Could get these done for other people for very sensible money - if anyone wants to know more, mail me.

Do these badges *CORNER* though

Worth noting that the dealer supplied pink stars badge has gold stars and not silver.

Had a look at the back of the badge and it looks like hard plastic, not paint, so I think the sandpaper trick only works on pre '01 badges.

Anyone know where I can get a pink badge with silver stars?
For MY02.

James.

The sandpaper trick worked on the MY02 badge, that's the way I got to the picture.

Hmmm... Maybe its just the aftermarket ones, but it definately looked like coloured plastic on the back. Anyone with an aftermarket badge care to comment?

James.

Right Guy's

I bought the STi oval badge in Cerise from Scoobyparts last week. I assumed it to be the pink 'i' badge, as my car had the black/green 'i' badge. However this is what arrived.........

Different I know but for £7.50 inc p&p I reckon its pretty neat. Soft resin graphic fits the 75mm x 45mm oval space with ease on the classic grill. It sticks well to the grille also, so a good buy IMHO.
