I am pleased with my sport two. Test drobe the new one today and getting it on tuesday.
I have deliberatly avoided driving a turbo, as I think the sport would feel very disapointing after that and I dont want to spoil it![](http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif)
I but them cos I like the look and quality of imprezas. The GL looks very plain next to a sport, and indeed the standard turbo only has different bonnet compared to the spert spec, I was comparing them today at worcester dealership.

And I stand by my Sport vs Turbo comment
You weren't there
22B, WRX, STI, UK and Sport - all in the same convoy, Sport in the middle not disrespecting itself in the slightest
[1] Is that a spelling mistake.[/quote]
No spelling mistake - that's part of the reg to my turbo!
You may have grounds for believeing what you say, but a turbo is in a different league to a sport. I can only imagine that the drivers were not equal. The acceleration of the turbo is very significantly ahead of the sport and I can go round the same corners with no effort in my standard turbo ahead of where the sport would be breaking traction.
We may end up aggreeing to disagree on this one![](http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/cool.gif)

Avi,
Get a sport! I got mine when i was 18 due to the fact that insurance on the turbo was just a little too much. Get my turbo when i'm 21 next summer but..I love the sport to bits. Its going to be hard saying goodbye![](http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif)
Faster than an xr2i, pace for pace with a pug 205 gti.. and has the handling of a turbo! When you go into that corner at speed you know your going to come out.. and it has the looks. fantastic starter car IMHO.
The only downfall is, its not as fast as a turbo and when driven hard it isn't that great on fuel.. but as a company vehicle you won't have to worry about that.
