Ok Guys
I have edited the first post with the following information
Pre meet venue to convoy down to The Bull....
Lets use the usual meet up point 'The Oriental Inclined Restaurant' on the A5 just North of Nuneaton,(next to Aldi).
Pre meet Here !
Time 3pm
Convoy depart time 3.40pm
