What kind of increase can I expect to see using an ITG? - I've got full decat and dawes at 16.5psi?

I've got one but I'm just debating about putting it on now.

Regards

Jolly Green Monster.............You do quite right. check the engine side of the airbox as WRX BOB has shown in his photographs and as he rightly says the business side is clear, I think that explains it all. IMHO I think that if you check the (engine side) I carn`t think of a better way of putting it, of the airbox and it remains clean I see no problems in using the ITG filter.
Thanks to you all for the constructive comments made.

Talking

LOL @ John

Was that a scientific measurement John?

On it's own, I'd be surprised if you even managed 1bhp. I couldn't feel any difference when I fitted mine.

John Banks / Chiark I am not being drawn into a argument as to what filter / intake system is the best, it`s just that I read a thread with regard to deposits left in the air filter housing and decided to check mine. deposits were found ( on the dirty side of the housing) and reading the comments made and the photo`s from WRX BOB I have come to the conclusion that the ITG filter is the way to go..that is my opinion it`s a case of you pay your money etc
I do think that Pete Croney`s comments should be noted!
