I owned 111, T111 RBS - sold it to listers to buy a second hand 22B.The RB5 was lovely car - quick, lovely handling and looked wonderful clean. The 22B well - handles like a pig, looks stunning clean and is vvquick but a lot more expensive to own and run (those were the days)

Forgot to mention that the background will change everytime the page is accessed. Also the "caption" Accept no substitute etc. So need some new captions and any black n white pics that people want to see on the site as the background. All the pics will be available to download and a members section will be added later on, few months probably when all the web-space is allocated.
I used a few sites i've seen for inspiration and kinda stole a few ideas but hey i hope it dont matter

R.B.5 - great work sir!!
Elmer - that looks Schweeetttt!!
Seen as there's a few of us going from the south to the NBO - are we going to go up in convoy?
More news - had TEK2 fitted at the weekend - what a change, can't recommend it enough! Had some on-road Delta dyno figures done, but am going to the G-Force dyno day to see what she produces and compare those figures with the Delta Dyno figures (they were pretty good!).
Shame that the STI rear light group buy fell through, ordered some off TSL anyway so they should be arriving this week. After seeing them on RB5 286's and Elmer's cars I can't wait to finally finish the de-tango!

i have just done some prodrive stickers that are 25x250mm am going to stick one on the rear right of boot and one on the rear window at the top
elmer, u need a proper sticker on the rear that is just like the original, dont look right with just the 'rb5'
colour looks good tho, may be the photos but think the blue should be slightly darker, same as the alacantara.
gavin nice job on the rb5oc.com

Nitosport did the remap for me. It's 'just' plugging a laptop into the serial port under the steering column, wiping the old ECU map and replacing it with the TEK2 map (kinda like saving a Word file!. We checked the car out on Delta Dash before and after the remap to make sure that the car was operating as it should.
Could tell instantly on start-up that the car was happier and since the ECU has gone through it's learning process and got used to the remap settings my RB5 is somewhat rapid now! I'm using the std TEK2 map at the moment but there will be some tweaking of the setup in due course......
With regard to cost, best bet is to contact Nito if you are interested.

Well what a dissapointment so far
NBO register
including myself i count 7 RB5 owners registered, pretty poor i'd say, considering on all the RB5 topics there's about another 34 that have replied at least once
Come on folks don't you want to be part of the Largest gathering of Subarus ever
Maybe there will be more of us at the first RB5 owners meet, and we can discuss it then.
Thanks to those that have signed up, you know who you are

Yeah i was dissapointed too. Seeing as myself and Mark are putting in so much effort trying to get this club sorted out. Web-sites are taking up quite a bit of time too.
A message all RB5 owners everywhere, come on get you're acts together and register on the NBO. Also register on Marks RB5 site we need you all to make this happen. Without you its all gonna be a pointless exercise!!!!
Im asking very nicely so please please register for both and also the official RB5 owners club meeting in april, bank holiday weekend.
Thanks
Gavin
