Fantom, Ive only got a couple of thousand in my house now, most of them are in secure dry storage as I cant insure them without supplying the insurance company with a trade evaluation, to do this I need to list EVERY record I own, yeah, I did 300 in about 2 weeks, imagine trying to do about 5 thousand!!! - no chance.

So rahter than risk it I store the real oldies and keep the stuff I play in the house which is mostly just banging house stuff at the minute, still playing out occasionally though

Its always the way, you hear a tune and see what its called and you knew both but didnt have them linked!! - the amount of vinyl Ive missed going that!!

Iam currently trying to track down a copy of the Ravedigger - "gotta believe we can make it real, to be yourself wont you do what you feel" -

Raven Maize is Joey Negro, aka Dave Lee aka Jakatta etc etc

I had this from Blackmarket and wasnt sure until I heard it loud, played it out that night and my mind was made up!. Sometimes drop it at the end of sets depending on where I am!

Dave Lee is making some excellent music at the moment, infact, he always has!!!

Fantom - name one record you would swap Ravedigger for??

My fave a the minute is Dirty Vegas - Days Go by - the B side, it absolutely ROCKS!!!!, the bass is awesome. Not mad on the A side but the Rmx on B is fantastic!!

Pennywise was also labeled as 'Neuromancer - Pennywise' AFAIK.

The oldest track I have is 'Tricky Disco' from 1990, a very basic bleepy Lee Newman / Micheal Wells (Technohead / GTO) track. 50p in a bargain bin from Vinyl Exchange in Manchester!

I want a track that Top Buzz played on a tape my bro had years ago
the original of the tune is called "baby let me love you for the night" by Kariya
the hardcore version of this tune is the bollox but I have no idea who its by or what its called
Actually, I did find an "out of stock" one on HTFR by Mickey Finn & LDouble, maybe thats it?

Mmmmm, not sure to be honest!!!

Iam going to dig out a load of stuff at the weekend, Iam just going to grab 3 or 4 boxes of 89-92 stuff, maybe some later stuff. I will run it past my flatmate who has a strangely good memory of these things!!

Do you know what tune had a sample saying "The aliens are coming" then went into a massive break, I cant remember if I have it or not!

Anyone got a spare copy of Lock up - Zero B??

My copy is about a tenth of millimeter thick as its been played so much and as such the quality is poor.

Anyone??

Maybe we should list all of our spares and do a swap thing??!!

True - far to much leg movement and co-ordination!!, sometimes the only reason your still stood upright is because your in a crowd!!. Not enough vague looks and chins over forheads!!

Ahhh, they were the days!!!
