fair enough blinding people with fogs on so that they crash into some1 cos they can't see. I just think sometimes purposely dazzling people just cos the fogs are on is dangerous (unless their fogs are actually dazzling!) - depends on the road.

BUT can people stop blinding me when i DONT have them on. My lights are legal bulbs, they are aligned properly - I took the car in to be checked, and yet people still feel the need to "Full Beam" me constantly!!!

Obviously I do it back so that they can see I dont have full beam on or anything

I wish people would dip their lights to say thank you at night not flash them! esp. xenon ones!

As a general rule in the highway code I think, reccomends you turn your lights on when the street lights come on. They are usually controlled by the amount of ambient light.
