Going down the A50 yesterday and past one of these POS
After seeing this and how slow it was going
Think they best sort something out before loads of people die.

The army are not trained to cut people out of cars. Doctors are briefed to be available to go around in an ambulance amputating people's limbs in order to extracate them, rather than have the firemen cut the car away. Shocking

Scooby Snax,
TNT have the contract to maintain them. There's a hanger full of them (or was) Stafford or Uttoxeter.
I saw seen no-end of trucks with three of them on the back a few weeks back.

well the green goddesses may be ancient but have fires changed that much in the last 50 years?
(granted, there aren't many, they're dog-slow, the equipment wouldn't be out of place on antiques roadshow plus more car crashes to attend and no cutting gear etc etc).
not being flip, just making a probably embarassing observation as a non-fireman.
