na its Hill, Hill and Clarkeson are like best mates in the world, its gotta be him. If you noticed on top gear last week Hill walked towards the Aston, the frame/walk was identical.

well the top gear boys were on the isle of wight as i am sure you saw over the weekend- i am waiting for the video from a mate as i missed it. but i know that a chap with a works subaru that he uses for rallying (5th on the tempest a couple of weeks ago) went over to the military road when they were testing the ferrari and tha aston. he said that Hill was down there. did Hill feature in this part of the programme at all?

Yeah Damon was having fun in the Aston and the Ferrari.

What intrigues me though is somebody mentioned that Damon Hill had an accident with a Merc filming Top Gear. There was a Merc on it the other night!

I'm yet more convinced it's Mr Hill.

He is clearly doing a lot of driving for the beeb at the minute, with his public appearance on TG with the Ferrari sequence and the motor show programme.

Stig did indeed walk like Damon.

Stig threw a car off the track, in a very Hill like way.

Stig is the same build as Damon, right down to the skinny legs.

If it isn't Damon, the Stig is a great impersonator of him.

Its not Nicky, I spoke to him the other day. He is still contracted to Ford to the end of the season, but is doing TV work in the US at the moment.

He is also doing the Network Q TV coverage for Welsh TV and may be on C4's coverage too.
