no coffee at 5am
Only had 3 bottles mate and it was the 1st time since Easter!
Do you think over training?
I never do less then i did the previous work outs.
Ive got two routines to i monday i do Chest, Bicepts, legs
tuesday Shoulders, tricepts, back.
wednesdays chest,bicepts, legs.
ive never warmed down in my life opps

best to train back and biceps, and chest and triceps together as when you do back you use your biceps aswell, same with chest and triceps.
have a look at the forum i posted, there is a section there on roid use but it is possible to get big without them
if you do go the roid route there is a clinic for roid users that test your blood on and off cycle and tell you all about there use called the DISC (drugs in sport clinic)

Yeah gonna email you know.
When i played under 18's i trained 3hours 5 days a week sometimes twice a day and a match on sundays, super fit in them days.

Go to Amazon.com and order yourself a paper back called "The Steriod Bible" By Galloway..........
Tells you everything you need to know,gains,dangers,side effects,what to buy,how to detect fakes,amounts,how to use,how to train,what to use,when to use it etc.
With all due respect to everyone who has replied,never take advise on such a subject on an open BBS.You could be getting advise from a 12 year old(if you know what I mean).....
We have had this conversation b4 so I think you are likely to go down this route,youve reached your peak,hit the wall,now you need a bunk up over it,be careful.
PS steer clear of anything that says for vetenery use only seems rather popular at the moment.....moooo

oral - oxybolone (oxymetholone)
pins - any test but watch for spots!
ps get cholesterol, liver function tested before, during and after and you'll be ok. Dont OD on the dosages either. A little bit will work.
