JonnyT - I now know what you mean... I had my first drive in a friends 93' model.. Boy I can't stop thinking about it, and the smile on my face is still there.
I have read so many comments from others about the continuous smile on their face once they driven a scooby, and thought 'oh yer...!!'... boy are they right..
Just can't wait to pick up my one... hopefully later today.. !!
It has to be experienced to be appreciated..!!

I have been constantly upgrading the Rex , first suspension-so cool lowered , then the anti-lift kit and geometry set -Ahh now for better turn in , Next BPM exhaust and enlarged inlet-now we're cooking, then I read about bleed valves - free power! , but now I have the bug -so in goes the LINK WOW !everythings coming together,I want more so lets bolt on a VF22 and re-map , this Rex is flying now. Finally a Hyperflow FMIC !!!!!! No det , just power on tap. Each stage has given me a new car to enjoy-a first scooby drive repeated and repeated.Brilliant!!!!!

no matter how **** your day is - at the end of it you get to drive a subaru impreza - ain't that just
"FAB!!!!!!!"
six months on and still laughing like a fool sometimes. just occasionally start smiling, followed by giggling!
once you have had it though, and if subsequently you are without it for any time the pain is quite unbearable!
mate got his scoob back from a service yesterday - he had to drive a micra for a couple of days- he was so pleased to get back in his scoob as it was the first time he had been without it since he got the car - jeez did he moan!
try a couple of months instead of days thats when you know pain!
