Sorry to hear about your car there are some complete tossers about who don't give a **** about peoples property.
We were going to go on the run on Sunday (scooby run that is!)so you could come with us if you like.I will let you sit in the front as it's quite safe, i'm not driving We could pick you up at Lancaster on the way.

Carla! I think my scoob my be going AWOL...can I have a ride too!
Bobmac, I'll happily store them in my garage if you don't have the space but you would be able to sell them for £200+ easy

Well if you want it to be a write off Pye are your peeps - well expensive...I used to take the rusting Fiesta there when I had it (serves me right for always maitaining full manufacturers service history on my motors )
If it's possible to get it back on the road, can you not get it sorted at Town End Garage? I'm sure Stuart will help you out

no I tried that, NIG the insurance company, say it has to go there, as they are the area appointed repairers, even though i explained that we have a subaru expert on our doorstep, to be honest i'de much sooner have it repaired as a i know its a good motor

103k - was a good motor. If the scumbags have done that to your body work, goodness knows what they have done to your engine/chasis
Edit to add: Sorry for being so pesamistic

bobmac on behalf of the Harding family i just would like to offer my sincere condolences on your sad loss of your blue machine i know how proud you were of it and i remember the good times when the sports left you at newcastleton when you were looking for the toilet and you CAUGHT UP ON THEM , you dont need a turbo only a lack of toilets!!! it was a great looking machine and a sad loss to the scooby community.
i hope the B******S suffer eternally for what they have done to you
look forward to seeing you on sunday and if lady harding cant come i would be honoured to have you as co-pilot.
Take care
Life must go on and does get better
i assure you

Bugger I'm only down the road from Devils Bridge, but am not around this weekend. Otherwise could have brought out my Pug Hillclimb / sprint car for a play. You'd have heard it before you see it
Oh and I would have needed fuel more often that you Scooby lot as it only manages a worrying 11MPG on Optimax

Yeah she's running, but not completely finished. 5.0:1 CW&P yet to be fitted to lower the gearing, and the rear suspension needs some work yet.
Was out the other weekend around Ingleton to try and iron out a problem at 4000 as it splutters on WOT just before it comes on cam.
Might see if my Jamie wants a trip out with a load of Scooby-nutters.
Matthew ~ Jamie might come and see you about some "warmer" plugs as they get sooted up at low revs. We've leaned off the fuelling a lot at lower revs but it still **coughs**. So next thing to try is warmer plugs I think. We could alter the ignition timing a little to see if that helps.
**Edited cos I'm thick **

Confirmed I'll be there with my dearly beloved as co-pilot so will no doubt be bruised all down one side by the end.
BobMac, only seen the car once but sorry to hear it has been twoc'ed. Just think about what you will be doing to her replacement, maybe even a turbo....
See you on Sunday, and Happy New Year to all.
Kev
