I unfortunatly have the memory loss quite often. Take Saturday night for instance, when I was out I was fine but cant remember going to bed once I got in! Keep getting flash backs of me and my lady getting it on. Really pi553s me off that I cant remember the whole extra curriculum activity though!

good to do it once in a while - keeps the junglist vibe alive!
Where you Dj, Weeva? I could do with a healthy dose of that vibe.

i did dj a hell of a lot in the southwest - plymouth mainly. now i live on the sleepy isle of wight and have just got myself a residency at the local jungle night. its cool cos loads of the kids are just getting into it, thus they are mental for the sound!

gonna have to make a few phone calls and get some more action on the "mainland" as we call it.

my mates night in plym died recently, and we are all a bit in limbo at the moment - such is the way with clubland - backstabbing ******* most of 'em.

do you wanna mix cd ?- picking some up tonight. drop me an email and i will post you one no problem.

I always get memory blanks during a good session! I don't know how some people can remember so much about a night out/ My mates often say to me "do you remember that conversation you had with so and so, did you see the look on their face" etc. I'm like "I don't remember them even being there!". I'm not as bad as I used to be but when I'm caned I start planning the next night out/holiday whatever and my mates phone me up the next day and say "are you ready to go to such and such club", and I say "What are you on about", and they say "It was your fookin idea!".

Some times I'm glad I can't remember what I get up to on a night out, after hearing some of the incident reports from other people! Glad to hear it's not just me though. It's funny how I can physically handle my drink no problem, just not mentally!

I usually know what time I got in when I search Scoobynet the next day to see what I posted. Was out this Saturday night and probably left the club about 2ish. Its (normally) a twenty minute walk home, but I still found posts on here by me at 3.30am which I have no recollection of!! I really should have better things to do at that time of night .

I've always find I can drink beer and most spirits without any memory loss, and have always been the one to make sure friends get home. Recently I've discovered that large amounts of tequila, red aftershock, and vodka vk blue can wipe any trace of a memory. Oh, and the taurine in vk blue is evil .

funny stuff the worst one i can remember (or not as the case maybe )was at the end of my HND course, we all started drinking at midday and i was drinking some Venezuelan rum and aparently i drank most of the bottle at around 5ish we all got the train from Redditch to Birmingham for party at a mates house, this lasted to around 2-3 in the morning at which point we all tried to get a taxi home, the only one that stopped wouldn't take the 5 of us back, so at this point we decided to walk it back. long and short of it was i ended up getting split up from the rest after an incident with the police and walking for 7 hours and an estimated 26 miles i still have no idea how i found my way back

Thumbs up

well since you ask mista w. - it was roughly like this (swear to god not to tell anyone else )

Basically before I was working full time for the firm I ended going out on a big afternoon/evening session with the guy I was supposed to start working for. lots and lots of stella and scotch later i ended up crashed out on his couch. next thing i know he's waking me up - it's 5:30 am and we are supposed to be at work at 6:30. He turns his living room light on and there's this *offending item* bang in the middle of the living room carpet. "what the f**k is that?" he asks. I say (truthfully at this point as I had f*** all recollection of anything) "err I don't know". I am starting to put two and two together by now - the circumstantial evidence is overwhelming. Amazingly, he just says "oh well, I dare say the missus will clean it up" and goes into the kitchen to make a cup of tea. I'm thinking that if his missus cleans it up i will never be allowed back in his house again. so i do my best to "sort my s**t out" (literally), clear up and pour some disinfectant onto the carpet. I get out of there ASAP and didn't go back for a little while. but i became a partner in the business and i still occasionally sleep on the sofa after a long 'business meeting'. he got rid of the carpet though.

Does anybody else get random names and numbers (of both sexes ) mysteriously appearing in their phonebook after a heavy night out? I've found some dodgy ones such as Crazy Biatch, Bob, Essex Girls....! Very scary!

Another thing I have to do the next day is check my dialled calls on my mobile and try to avoid the people I called at 5 o'clock in the morning!

One night on a friends 21st birthday we decided to go swimming in the Solent (stupid I know) and I left my watch and wallet on the beach. I went back the next day not expecting to find anything as I couldn't remember exactly where we were swimming but within 30 seconds I had found them both, so lucky! Those were the days.

Happens to me every week!! Had BIG argument with the bird about this, she always says 'You don't know when to stop drinking!'

I reply 'No, I think I do...either A) No squids left or B) I can't seem to control my legs properly.

Was woken up this Sunday mornin by my dad at 4:30 AM, can't re-call a thing but went to the toilet to release the chocolate hostages, then decided to have a wee kip, on the bathroom floor. Dad opens door..OOYA! from behind door. Me lyin there catchin a few ZZ's. Never too impressive!

Still, only another 4 days till it happens again! Strole on Saturday!!

I used to throw up but have memory intact.

Now I lose large chunks of time, without realising it. Quite odd finding out the next day that we spent 2 hours in a place I didn't even remember going to at all.

I always end up thinking on many nights out

"I am in this club, quite pissed, but know exactly what I'm doing - and could do with one more drink".

The 'one more drink' is purchased and next thing I know I wake up the next morning.

The real hallmark of pissedness is when you go on a bender and "loose" several days. Sometime later you cannot recollect what day or even what week it is and realise that you are no longer in the city you started your bender on. I used to do this quite a lot many years ago,,,,months vanished is a pink tinged haze.

Those were the days.........

Red Dog,

Lost many weeks in Nottingham in the 70's.

Once fonud myslef bottled in the Lacemarket after having been seconded to the bouncers for the Electric Chairs (or was the Stranglers - cant remember).

I do remember some reggae club in the Lacemarket too, but by recollectaions are a bit hazy, might have been something I ate, drank or smoked. I just cant remember.

Yeah Nottingham police rock Got arrested there for something or other, by the time i got to the station I couldn't even remember why i was there. the police were like "do this, do that" i was like "no f***ing way am i doing that - if i do that you'll arrest me" they were like "we've arrested you already". eventually the other guy i was with got a lawyer and he came along and told the police that they had to let me go cos the other guy had admitted to what they were trying to charge me for. i thought this was cool and asked them if they'd take me back to where ever they found me cos I'd never been to nottingham before and didn't know where i was or where i started. they told me to get lost before they charged me with something else. i ended up sleeping in a hedge.

ahh, those were the days.
