FFS !!!
Pauleds joins the bbs, decides he likes the people on here so after approx. 120 posts puts a post up related to his interest in tattoos looking for likeminded people.
And, rather than people of similar interest posting, others decide to hijack his thread and basically ruin it.
Nobody here has sent the level of abuse to the tattoo haters that they are being forced to endure.
Historically, ie a long time ago, tattoo's had a bad reputation.
This is not the case nowadays. Leave the painted tribe alone.

Right - and this may offend some, but I'm pruning this thread to a) get it back on topic and b) clear out all the cr&p.
And if you don't like it, **** off and wind up some other BBs.

Nope, left alone as the first comment was hardly offensive due to smiley and second one was relevant to a relevant post
It was all the other dross that got binned.

I would love another tat. I fancy having one on the bottom of my spine but it does sound terribly painful, the one I've got is on my hip bone.
When Buzz and I were on our hols earlier this year we met a couple from Glasgow who had their own tattoo and body piercing place. Monty's work was absolutely fantastic - I've never seen any tats with such fine delicate artwork, they were beautiful. We have his e-mail address and if I do have another I would certainly go all the way to Glasgow and let him do it.
Diablo - your a star.

Ferne - the small one I have at the bottom of my spine wasn't too bad in relation to the one that goes all the way across the botton which sits on my pelvis bone. Now that really DID hurt!

oh no you're bloody well not!
And Monty and his missus spent all their holiday telling us about massive alcohol induced memory losses they suffered every week.. If we went up there to see them I'd be dead of alcohol poisoning!

Ooooooooooouch! I had 2 solpadine painkillers BEFORE I went in - I don't know whether it worked or if it was all in the mind, but I didn't think if was tooooo bad. Definately try the same trick if I have one on my spine though!

Actually Bajie having just seen a bank statement I wont need your services thanks.
No sane male on this PLANET would take behaviour like this as "reasonable".. Sufficient grounds I think for divorce are coming out of the printer.
Yes, yes I KNOW its XMAS...but FFS! 29th Nov £2,300..today? £800
Anyone else having this problem? Thats £1400 gone in 6 days.

Hi Everyone,
Back on track again.
I'm having a large design done at the moment, based on an artist called Keith Haring. The design involves spaceships, a robot, dog DJ, weird alien angel things, large pyramid and 2 skateboarders representing my 2 kids. So far I've been under the needle for about 16 hours, only about another 10 to go ! Trouble is I've already decided to have some more done after this one !
The design should be finished in January sometime, I'll post piccies when it's done.
I had my first tattoo done about 20 years ago when I was 17, don't regret having it done, altho' I do regret the design chosen (Mum and Dad with Swallow and Rose) That's initially why I decided to have another done, to cover up the old one with something new and different. Took me about 6 years to find a tattoo artist that I liked, and who was willing to try something new.
Anyway, like I said, I'll post some piccies when it's finished.

Where is that tattoo going?
Nice idea though. Is it possible for you to post pix of the development stages.
26hrs ... rather you than me. When I had my back done it was numb for ages

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback !
It starts on my right upper arm, goes over my shoulder, just under the neckline, onto my chest, and over onto my back. I'm working away from home for the next 2 weeks, but I'm getting some more work done on it next week, hopefully get some piccies up week after.
Cheers,
Dazza

I am sure someone will find the piccies of mine as I can't remember where they are and can't be bothered to look either.
The other side one is at home so I will stick it up later, fnar fnar
