The start time on the 15th is 10am, the event is a 3Hr enduro in Thunder Karts. There will be 1/2hr practise/qualifing.
All of the team captains need to contact John Huff at Rye House (01992 460895) as soon as possible with their credit cards ready. The cost for a team is £190. Once you have paid there will be no-refunds due to no shows or date clashes etc.
I really need the outstanding teams to have paid by the 1st Feb otherwise I'll need to open the event up.....and we don't wont that !

No money is required at the moment but if you commit to running a team I expect you to pay the full price once it's due.
This is why I don't normally organise these things....you can't rely on some people.

I know the feeling, however nothing would ever happen if no one is willing to take the risk to organise. It always happens. At least the ones who have paid will have fun.
