Having just watched the show I'd have to agree with all the comments already said.
The W4nker had a once in a life time opportunity and did FA with it.
Perhaps those that missed out in the selection process should be allowed a few words with him behind closed doors.
Regardless of anyones ability they would have improved greatly over the 4 weeks, whereas this **** was too far up his own ar$e.
Anyway I do have it on video if someone is interested, I would suggest you put heavy/hard objects out of reach as you will want to throw at the TV

MGJohn - it isn't just about talent. If the guy had come on, worked hard, appreciated people for what they were, but not had enough talent to "fake it", everyone would have been sympathetic.
But he came on, expecting to be better than everyone else because he's played a few racing games, didn't put a great deal of effort into it, and failed badly.
Not related to talent, just the guy was clearly a grade A t0sswad.
I suspect if 99% of people on this board had done this instead, they would have put a lot more effort into it, been a lot less arrogant, and come across about ten times better - irrespective of whether they won the race or came last, faked it or otherwise...

Watched the programme this morning, I seem to echo everything that has been said above, but give the guy a break, he did say that he was giving other racers advice in the pit lane and they were agreeing it was a better way to race. So he MUST be good.....
