Hi Mark

The nozzle is actually fitted in the outer casing of the intercooler just prior to where the hosing links to the actual TB.

I had the same sort of questions re the dynos a few months ago as my losses seemed to be consistantly less than the 100bhp that seemed to be the norm on scoobys.

I went to three rolling roads in a week recently, (Purely with the view to check out differences I found......lucky there was a few organised dyno days!!!!!) and got the following results. I wont say which was which but one of them was indeed the Powerstation, although the results are very consistant.

299bhp/292lbft
302bhp/277lbft
&
310bhp/310lbft (Was running slightly higher peak boost (1.45 opposed to 1.35bar, holding 1.25bar)

There is an interesting article I found on the G Force Website re dyno losses.

Cool

Hey dude in the USA< you sure you mean 92 "RON" and not 92 "octane". BIG difference. I am pretty sure that you can get 91 and 92 octane in most places in the USA and that is between 95 - 97 "RON". I know this becuase I get 93 octane in The Bahamas and that = around 98 "RON". After many calls to many gas companies the consistent answer was that most gas stations in the states sell between 87 and 93 octane which is about 98 RON = 93 octane. Well anyway, I hope to goodness that you can get better than 92 RON becuase that is horrible stuff !

Good Luck
