unequal length header

ANdyF- Those are the KMD headers, both times i tried to install a set from Ion Performance they did not fit. They would always hit the frame where the subframe bolted to, and based on how they looked i wasn't all that impressed with them. The would most likely fit a GC8 fine, they just were too wide for the GDA/GDB engine bay.

Is it just me that thinks those graphs are doctured (sp?)
My thoughts are "what a crock of ****" if the torque graphs on left are supposed to match the bhp graphs on the right
(assuming blue is the before and red is after)
the torque lines don't cross the bhp lines anywhere near 5252 or whatever the sum is ??,
edit : wording to make more sence ?

here's the setup, lowest line is Pump gas map, second line is the C16 map, and 3rd line is the C16 + NX N-Tercooler

The torque figures are usually not SAE corrected, hence them being slightly lower (by a constant percentage by the looks of think).
The 5252 thing is function of power being equal to torque * rotational speed in radians per second, and that's in SI units. SO there is a conversion to give the number in RPM and imperial units, it happens to be 5252 rpm (is it even that, I forget these days).
Long live SI units....

andyF- the off beat rumble was still there but definitely didn'd sound lik ea misfire any longer. These really brought the sound of the boxer alive. After the tuning an everything the rumble has dwindled but the car is much stronger. It made 270ish WHP before the tuning, for whatever reason they didn't correlate the beginning map. just by going to the standlone timing/fuel control they gained 20 whp with the same map and just timing control.
stevebt-they look almost identical to the KMD unit with a smaller diameter up-pipe and an EGT bung in the side.
