Greeno, was you with the bunch of Rovers that i got caught up with on the way there, down the 509?. I driving a P1 (p*** ONE).

 

I was driving with a load of Rovers, Mica Red turbo. I can't remember which route we came in cos i was just following the convoy. Saw a cossie and a P1 go past us at some point.

Great day the far side was very slippy tried to queue in the nearside but just at the last minute I was moved over
I managed, a respectable 14.1 and 98mph ish not bad under the circumstances and repecting my car.

What car were you in, a P1...??? i was very impressed with all the Scoobs on the day, especially that STI, and who was cruising in driving the Blue P1 from wellingborugh with us Rovers at one time, showing us what real power was like, i was in the black WRX amoungst them all..

I don't have my scooby yet. Its on its way over from Japan now, but when I do get it, I would love to join ya all on a convoy. Sounds like fun

I think I will still be comming down though. Mi mate was asking about it. He is an importer of Jap cars, so no doubt he will pick something fancy and we will come down in that.

Will scoobynet have a section set up? If so I'll have to come over and introduce myself, saying as I am soon to become a scooby addict....heh.
