Modded Scoob beats Porsche 911 again and again
#64
So a modded scoob beats a porsche wow, haven't seen this thread before.
BTW - surely the porsche delivers the power more smoothly than a scooby thus you don't get the same sort of kick Scooby have rough engines compared to porsches

Obviously anyone on here (if money was no option and you had to choose either a porsche 911 or STi) would take the 911. I am just trying to get to the bottom of what a JDM STi-7 stock 0 - 60 and 0 - 100 is and also a rough idea what a decated (stock ecu) JDM STi-7 is 0 - 60 and 0 - 100.
Cheers,
Ray

PPP
Forge Dump Vave
ITG Air Filter
Quick Shift
Middle decat + resonator removed
Scorpion back box
18" Oz's on 225's
nothing over special really, generally run with Pro Boost as I can get it quite cheap, and certainly no where near the quickedt Scoob on here. I need a reliable car so I'm not going to do much else to it. Will probably get an STi8 with PPP next year

Dunno Razor but if you've decated your JDM STi it will be a bit quicker I'm sure. Not sure what your 0-60 etc will be.
I guess mine will be around 5secs ish, maybe less with pro boost, I dunno, don't really care, it feels reasonably quick

Stock JDM STI 02 (EVO Jan 2003)
0-60 4.8
0-100 13.0
Decatted whos know as they dont test them and also a million and one different exhausts makes and combinations, personally I wouldnt fully decat due to running problems, even my JDM MY00 RA still has its dp cat .

I agree they are all probably slighly different due to exhausts etc.
And it is a well known fact that you get much needed back Px on the STi by leaving in the front cats
