Cheers Miles. My flatmate just gave me directions from his parents house in Burns Road, 'go to end of the street....turn right....drive 6 miles...you're there'
All I need to know now is the time the lunchers are meeting at. 12?

Jool's
Great meeting, good food, great crack and good to put names to faces from our southern visitors and so nice to have such an interest taken in our welfare by the various members of Grampian's fine Constabulary, maybe next time they will join us for a meal and swap driving stories.

AJ and I arrived a little late but apparently the police had been waiting. Sad really, and a waste of police resources given that most of the cars today had children on board and all were being driven sensibly and this was evident from reading Jools organisation in this thread which it seems the police also have read.
Maybe they were looking for me

If I remember correctly it turned out that at around 15% of those attending the SIDC IOM Birthday Bash admitted afterwards to being members of the Police force so you never know who is watching. We actually passed a West Yorkshire Policeman driving his Scooby on the TT Course when it was closed for us all. Maybe he didn't realise that there was no speed limit.
