A TD05 could manage 520 CFM at PR 2.6, so with a realistic VE of 75% at 7000 RPM would manage this task, albeit at only 60% efficiency.

Notably the TD05 has 9% more flow capacity than a VF22 with rather less lag and at least 500 RPM better boost threshold.
