Damn! Thought Andy was caught making doughnuts!
I'm on a diet and doughnuts sound bloody good to me right now.
Andy - your a lucky boy. Most Police up my direction would be shifting you on with some stern words. But, snow makes people do some enjoyable things in cars (driving I mean

Be careful out there .... new laws.
I know we have some very good police with a good head on their shoulders but there also some right b's and now they have this !!!
Ps only taking from spalding coz it was easy to find on the web but this has been published in my local paper as well.
"NUISANCE drivers could be kept off the road with new police powers which will see officers confiscating cars.
Motorists who make a nuisance of themselves can have their cars seized on the spot and impounded.
Spalding police cautiously welcomed the law, which came into force on New Year´s Day.
Insp Tony Smith said: "With boy racers this is something we are looking at using in a positive way. A lot of the time when they are driving round car parks etc they don´t actually commit offences because they´re not on the roads.
"But this law gives us additional powers if they are causing alarm, harassment or distress."
Car and motorbike owners will have to pay a fee to have their vehicles returned to them.
The charges will be £105 to retrieve a vehicle and £12 a day for storage.
But if they can prove they were not driving the car at the time it was causing a nuisance, or if they did not give permission to the driver and they couldn´t have prevented the nuisance driving then they will not be liable for the fee.
The police will have to give warnings to drivers first, where appropriate, and once a vehicle has been seized they have to serve a notice on the owner as soon as possible.
Insp Smith said: "There are issues in relation to complaints and we need members of the public to make them.
"If drivers are causing alarm, annoyance or distress to the public we need them to tell us. We need to encourage people to come forward.
"I don´t envisage us seizing vehicles wholesale but these are interesting powers. We are looking at using them proactively to reduce anti-social driving."
Home Office minister John Denham said: "Joyriding and anti-social use of cars and motorbikes can blight local communities, causing misery and distress to people going about their daily lives.
"We are giving police radical new powers to seize vehicles being driven recklessly on roads, public footpaths, parks and housing estates."
"This will put an immediate stop to dangerous and intimidating behaviour.""

Ok guys, so am I right in thinking Tuesday is good for all except Chocky ?
I think we'll have to go with that as everyone wont be able to make every day suggested......
It will be good to put faces to user names, and I see we have attracted the infamous Mr Lawson !!

Richard,
Your new to Couldon/Purley, the Tesco's in Purley (a local shop for local people)is a regular meeting point Nova burnouts and has recently received alot of press and Police attention and a certain critisism of Tescos management. You will be pounced on for loading your shopping in an incorrect manner.
I'm up for next Tuesday, if you want a lift from Coulsdon let me know but I'll probably take the Daihatsu and it appears from Evils topic you may not fit in the car

LOL @ Richard, I drove past there at about 7pm, looks like it was to busy to so I didn't go in, please dont tell me you were in there at 7pm.....
The pub is just down the high street, if you were to walk from Riossi you would walk down Russell Hill parade, left at the bottom, and follow the High street, its at the end of it....

Try the Royal Oak Centre AKA LA Fitness carpark in Purley the roof car park is excellent when it snows. The Sutton Cruise used to depart from Tescos Purley now that was something. 300-500 cars that descended on Makro's Purley Way... Oh what a night!

That car park is ok Mickey, but there are inch deep, 6 inch wide drainage holes in the car park surface.
I was up there 10!!! years ago doing doughnuts and my bro's front suspension collapsed in his mk1 fiesta, quite funny seeing the front wheel at 90 degrees to the car
Got hassled by the law then also ! Not as pleasent as the coppers I met on Wednesday....

They screamed up and down a couple of time giggling like little kids
Said thanks, be careful, you ain't seen us right, then cleared off
