Clare it does no real harm unless the pc crashes and you lose any work because of it. Its an 'annoyance' application and nothing dangerous. I had to reboot cos this pc is unstable but you should be able to end task on Internet explorer and everything will be back to normal.

It is a virus technically because of what it does but it isnt malicious which is what I would call a proper virus. If it deleted/changed files, accessed your email contacts etc etc then yes it would be malicious but its just an app that messes with IE and wont let you shut it down in the normal way.
It wont have harmed your pc or infected any files in anyway as far as I know. Already done a full check with Sophos and my system is fine. The app may still be resident on your system and a reboot will get rid of it as it only loads from clicking on the web link.

I'm afraid it is a REAL virus!!
Work in IT and our system picked it up straight away!!

The trojan does not contain any other payload and does not cause any damage to the local system. Files which trigger this detection should be deleted.

It's not a "virus" in the sense of "delete your hard drive and make you impotent" it just a peice a javascript that means you can;t close all the windows. Once you've used task manager to shut it all down there's no lasting harm done.

Oh, and sophos enterprise doesn't pick it up either.
Besides, you should know better than to click on links claiming to portray topless women when we all know that you can't do that on here.
