**** Scooby and Cosworth in Wrong Car, Right Car tonight 8:30 BBC2 ****

Given the choice that was given, I too would have gone for the Cossie ..but, I wouldn't have relied on two punks to find me a car, and therefore would have looked around....£16k buys a lot of scoob, so I would have ended up back in a Scoob.
Hope that makes sense....got headache

Did anyone see the episode the other day when some geek chose the Porsche Boxster? The main presenter told him that they were cheap to service, then it promptly cut to their in-house expert saying that they were expensive to service. Quality!

I reckon I would have gone for the Cosworth too. I like my scooby but theres something about an escort cosworth that the scooby doesn't have. I can't put my finger on it but its a gut feeling.
I didn't buy a cossie myself cos they were to expensive and also cos I need a car I can use for many roles(thus I have a wagon) and I don't think they did a cosworth estate (LOL). Imagine if they had done!

Yeah I'd have had the cossie as well.
Out of those two the cossie looked much better than the scoob, but personally I thought they were both over priced - but I don't like buying from dealers so maybe they are about right?

Good luck to her. It was nice to see someone enjoying their cars. Also nice to see a car program not going down the usual PC route and discouraging fast cars etc. A much as she liked the Scoob, you could tell that she really wanted a Cossie - can't blame her for that. If that's her dream car then fine. Christ knows what the insurance would be for a 23 year old though!

My Insurance was £1996 on my Escort when I was 22 and I live in the 'highest risk' catagory for insurance (typical)!
But as I keep saying: my scoob is newer, quicker, more reliable, handles better and is 500 quid cheaper to insure.
But doesn't look as good :-(

I didnt see the program, but from the tunes description I would hazard a guess at
Røyksopp - Eple
It gets used on loads of proggies, so theres a slight chance its that, get it anyway, tis a great track

Enough of this insulting behaviour...she might have been a bit of a hound in some eyes, but you can't expect every girl racer to look like Jordana Brewster or Michelle Rodriguez from Fast and Furious.

Just another jolly for the crew I suppose.
Tracktime, Focus rally car, gliding, a chance to wind up the salesmen & all for nowt!
N.
You running solo now or are you still frightening the ground crew with your antics

went for a blue cossie at last, if i remembered correctly.
car choice, no complaints. better cosie or scoob rather than a focus! at least she commented on the boxer note.
but, i have to say, her laugh remind me of JADE from Big Brother, well loud and extremely ...not pleasant (not wanting to be sued for defamation)
