Thing is the British Armed forces is 99% white whether you like it or not. And of course if their fighting conflicts say in Afghanistan or Kosovo, they'll develop an opinion about the locals(us and them mentality).
Go back to WW2 we called the Japs Nips, the Germans Krauts or the Hun. I'm sure they had names for us e.g Tommy.

Sorry I explained the notion of the United Kingdom to Diablo.
Seeing as though the head of our united state is a representative of the C of E would it not be correct to state as I did that C of E is the accepted and predominant religion of the UK which is what I stated.
The Scottish legal system is still governed by the same group of individuals the house of lords and the head of state as the rest of the UK. The government (house of commons)as you will be aware has absolutely no power on its own to pass any law. So ultimately how can the scottish system really be seen as a seperate entity ? When its governed and overseen by the same group. So therefore how can the scottish legal system be seperate as you state ?
Diablo clearly stated that he is not bound by C of E laws. Unfortunately he is in every single aspect of his life from his wage packet to who's pleasure he would be held at if he were to ever break one of these C of E laws that he mistakenly believes he is above. The fact that he has the choice to be a catholic, harry krishner or whatever is directly given to him by the grace of the C of E.
I would suggest that the history books would suggest that Scotland would be deemed to be under English rule still. Doesn't the fact that it is currently ruled by the head of the church of ENGLAND give the game away ?

Does it really matter. Most scots are happy being british and nobody really cares if technically you are correct or not. What we dont like is the anti-scottish insults that have been banded about. I have said nothing anti-english yet you have been insulting to my accent and have be sterotypical about my culture. I am not going to launch into an anti english or sterotypical tirade about the english because i dont feel that way, you certaily seem to about the scottish.
