The only reason I bought new was that I intend to keep it for at least 6 years and do 200,000 miles in it and then the missis will have it. I reckon it's good for the mileage and at about 3k a year that's not bad for so much fun :-)

Bought my WRX in October 02 just after the price drop £19k on the road, went back to the showroom this week and they offered me £14k for it in PX for a new shape WRX. They said they had a guy in the week previous who bought his in December, done 1500 miles and PX it for a new shape and they offered him the same deal......some people must have more money than sense. I will hang on to mine until I get a new job with a compant car and let someone else take the hit.
