Quick poll: How cool are these reg plates?

I've got S700 BYS on mine ,£250 inc. transfer fee from DVLA ,got mine 2 yrs ago and thought i was quite lucky as they seem to get snapped up pretty fast.
It looks great on the car and all the scooby fraternity "get it"and even my mum knows what it means.
I think you should go for a plate, after all £250 isn't that much for a cool plate, most of us will spend more than that in a year washing and polishing the car.

I managed to get L555 RUS for £180 including transfer- so chuffed when i saw it, i bought it before i had a car to put it on!
The boy Colin had L555 BAT on his championship car so that'll do then. Only thing is, now everyone not in the "know" thinks my 99 is a 94!

I have a WRX plate that I got from the DVLA at £250 all in.
I was having some fencing delivered on saturday and after the bloke had unloaded it from the van, he stood and looked at the Scooby and said how wonderful the plate was and how clever I was to match a WRX plate to a WRX car.
Must be worth a small fortune he said - how little he knows

My car is MY00, not WRX so a WRX plate would look er... a bit stupid on it So I started looking at WRC plates -- there are still a few left but nothing too exciting. The best one IMHO I found was MI6 WRC (as in MIG). Then a friend drew my attention to the regs of the Subaru World Rally Team (i.e. WRT), and there are still a few 555s available from DVLA for £250...

speedking,
the percentile of ppl who spot it is different to the percentile that have a clue what it means- ie. i would spot that 55 wrx was a plate linked to the type of car but i havent a clue why the 555 is relevant and would have to guess that wrx means world rally cross?
T
lol- edit to add just seen its WRT! not WRX, so i guess its Team!
