if u c this can u try to book a barrysworld server for us on tuesday 24th ? you only book servers upto 2 weeks in advance so today is our 1st chance !
i cant seem to logon to it ? crashes IE5 - might be our firewall ?
if i wait til i get home tonite i bet there will not be a single space left at a decent time !!

No I can't do it from here either, I guess firewall stuff too. I can't login to Barrysworld and make changes at all here.
I'll go on Barrysworld tonight and make you all admin so you can book time at the first opportunity. But we only get 4 hours a month remember.

Oh yeah. ICQ worked for a bit then went wobbly again. I seemed to have internet connection problems last night for what ever reason and rebooted the PC umpteen times.
As it is TUesday today, shall we try and get on NGUK server which isn't very full? None of the ones I got shot on last night were ever full.
Shall I suggest an IP address about 20:00 hours on here so we can all join it?

There are 2 zip files to download, 12MB and 19MB. There wasn't any installation thingy, so I copied them into the directory where all the other maps live for my CS and they work fine.
I think they got released on 9th June 2001 by Countermap.counter-strike.net

well just had a game on the new maps with andrew and bazza. de_rise ? not bad map.
suffice to say they got their terrorist asses whipped biiiiiiiig time
although i'm sure bazza will call me and the other very very good ct player cheats ! lol

This is bloody useless. CS demands to be updated then all the sites hosting the upodate are unavailable. Now I think CS is screwed altogether. ****.

Why don't they go someplace where they can get a good game? Or if he wants to experience the maps, tone it down a bit.
Anyway tried all the maps, but they don't do th dune one I noticed. Me and sn-goose ran round "tomb" like spare parts, what with all the Egyptian pyramid type humming and thrumming, you can't hear a thing.
I liked Winter Nights.
Celtic, like Tomb, had parts where the skirl aw th' pipes drowned out everything else, and my ping suddenly shot over 800!!
India was interesting and Kheldar enjoyed a good old swim around! We never tried village, but it was a bit more even, cos we were all lost, I think.
What were the others, or was that it?
